"Cardiomarketing" seminar for companies

(October 9, 2017) Cardiomarketing will be the key word in the seminar organised by the Italian Institute of Culture in Amsterdam and addressed to Italian companies in the Netherlands in the restaurant sector. The event, Monday, October 9th, will culminate in an encounter with Patrizia Menchiari, international marketing and communication professor and consultant. The objective of the seminar is to educate participants on the best ways to build valuable relationships with clients through involvement, listening, storytelling, customer experience, and continuous and ethical learning. Roberto Coletti (Roberto Gelato), Barbara Summa (Mammamsterdam), and Luigi Incalza (Panzerò) will also speak. Patrizia Menchiari has developed the Cardiomarketing model over 18 years of activity alongside companies, observing the analogy between business and love stories. (Red)
