A series of events dedicated to the Divine Comedy

(October 11, 2017) Tonight in Oslo the first encounter in the "Luigi Di Ruscio" library of the series of events dedicated to the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri, organised by the Italian Institute of Culture. Coordinator of the group is Michele D'Amico, a great Dante enthusiast who has a decade-long experience as a coordinator of reading groups of classical Italian texts and in particular the Divine Comedy in public libraries of Turin. No particular preparation is required for the participants, all they need to do is bring their interest, their desire to understand, and passion. "With these ingredients there would be no difficulty in approaching the Divine Comedy, it will be understood that this text is not a heritage solely reserved for the learned" explained D'Amico. He will propose a direct approach to the text, where reading will be collective and the celebration of the text will be contemporary for everyone. The initiative is carried out in collaboration with the Dante Alighieri Society in Oslo. (9Colonne)
