The Board of Directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary has unanimously elected its new President last week following President Ferdinando Martignago's mandate. In the past 3 years, Francesco Mari, class 1955, experienced senior manager has covered all the leadership roles of the association. Three are the strategic priorities which the new presidency consists of: the strengthening the presence in Hungary and Italy so as to offer assistance to companies located far from Budapest as well as the capillary presence on Italian territory to foster the knowledge of opportunities offered by the Hungarian economic system. A second priority is the development of networking opportunities - offered to members by organising many networking events and opportunities for information even with Hungarian governmental organisations. Another priority is the close collaboration with all the Institutions of the Italian System (Embassy, ICE / ITA and Italian Cultural Institute) so that we can offer maximum support to Italians who wish to enter into Hungary and Hungarians who wish to export to Italy.
