Italian Restaurant Week in the world will be held in New York from November 13th until the 19th in the name of quality, sustainability, culture, food security, right to food, education, identity, territory, and biodiversity. The programme includes Pizza Tasting Week organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Open Table and Sassaia Winery. The Sicilian Evening, at the Italian Consulate General in New York, will be held on November 13th, where there will also be a dinner held by Fabrizia Lanza, director of Anna Taca Lanza Cooking School in collaboration with Piccola Cucina. The Conveying Italian Cusine Abroad will take place on November 17th organised by the Italian Trade Commission with the participation of Chef Paolo Amadori, at the International Culinary Centre (462 Broadway, New York).
