The series of encounters, conversations, readings, and live performances curated and moderated by Monica Capuani titled "Contemporary" takes place once again in London on February 23rd from 19:00 until 20:30 at the Italian Institute of Culture. It offers the English public an overview of contemporary Italian theatre.Actors, Italian playwrights and directors, great masters and successful young professionals will talk about their artistic research and dialogue with prominent members of contemporary English theatre. Fausto Paravidino and Ramin Gray are the two guests of honour who will share their experiences in their theatrical research, especially in recent collaborations at the Royal Court Theatre. Paravidino (1976) began his acting career in 1990 with "La Soffitta" company. Ha debuttato nel cinema nel 1999. He was the eighth Italian artist to be presented at the Comédie-Française in Paris with his show "La malattia della famiglia M", which he directed himself. His other works have been adapted and performed in numerous theatre in Germany, including the Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz in Berlin.
