Next Wednesday, February 21st at 19:00, for the series of readings "Ciack si legge, parole in movimento" (words in motion), in other words, literature becomes cinema and is open to all students with a reading of select chapters of the book "Sostiene Pereira" (Pereira Maintains), by Antonio Tabucchi. The event will be held at the Casa di Dante, ICIB (Instituto Cultural Italo-Brasilero), Rua FreiCaneca, 1071, São Paulo. It tells of a tragic moment in the history of Europe, against the backdrop of Salazar's Portugal, Italian fascism, and the Spanish civil war. Pereira's story, unveils a witness that recalls a crucial month of his life.
