(13 April 2018) The collective exhibition "Identità tra segno e colore" (Identity in Symbol and Colour) was inaugurated at the Academy of Fine Arts Gallery in Sofia. Works by Italian and Bulgarian artists involved in the development of the national identity and flag concept will be showcased. The exhibition - under the green, white, and red - thanks to the contributions and works of students and professors of the Brera Academy and the National Academy of Art in Sofia; creates a provocative symbiosis between the trajectories of the respective national art and the infinitely complex and varied expressions of contemporary art. The exhibition highlights the symbols of national identity of the two countries and offers a survey of artistic works of excellence, thanks to the showcasing of works by many first rank artists and teachers and their best students.
