(10 may 2018) The press conference for the Italian Festival in Bulgaria 2018 was held at the residence of the Ambassador of Italy in Sofia. The Festival, now in its 15th Edition, consists of a traditional series of events dedicated to Italy and to its extraordinary cultural and entrepreneurial supply. This year's festival takes place during the months of May and June and coincides with the final period of the Bulgarian Presidency of the EU Council. There will be events, exhibitions, and initiatives dedicated to music, art, cinema, literature, sports, fashion, and technology. The proposed initiatives are the result of synergies between all the components of the "Italian Economic System" in Bulgaria: the Embassy, the Italian Trade Agency of Sofia, the Italian Institute of Culture, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, and Confindustria Bulgaria.
