As desired by the Holy Father, the entire sum will be donated to charity and a large part of the total will go to Aid to the Church in Need to support the reconstruction of the Christian villages of the Niniveh Plains in Iraq. The ACS Plan for the reconstruction of the Christian villages of the Nineveh Plains has allowed many Christians to return to their homes.
