(24 may 2018) The Ekrani i Artit Festival, will start tomorrow until May 27th there showcasing art films and documentaries, events, and musical performances in Shkodër. Various personalities from the Albanian and Italian art world will be invited to the festival. One of the main purposes of the festival is also to revive the role of Shkodër's Cinema Millenium, which will host a selection of films from the art screen archives and some videos by young artists presented in the exhibition "Directing the Real: Artists 'Film and Video in the 2010s". Ekrani i Artit was organised in collaboration with the Italian Embassy, the Italian Institute of Culture in Tirana, the Ministry of Culture of Albania, the ARKA Youth Centre, and the Marubi National Photography Museum.
