Everybody in Italy and abroad would have heard about that child born in Milan on September 29, 1936. From economics to sport and politics, for better or worse, depending on the point of view. Yesterday Silvio Berlusconi turned 86, fresh from an election campaign where he has been, as for almost three decades now, absolute protagonist. Politics has wished the Cavalier: "Best wishes to Silvio Berlusconi for his birthday. A big hug" reads on Twitter by the leader of FDI Giorgia Meloni. The secretary of Lega, Matteo Salvini, sends his greetings by defining him as a "dear friend and great Italian". In short, apart from alleged disagreements between the three leaders of the winning coalition, the form on social media is saved. "Actually it’s you who gave the gift to the Italians again, so happy birthday dear President Berlusconi. Bests!” are instead the affectionate words of Antonio Tajani, coordinator of Forza Italia. Outside Palazzo Madama came the wishes of Milan, under his presidency from 1986 to 2017, collecting 29 trophies nationally and internationally, and those of Monza, the current club this year Silvio brought for the first time in Serie A - on this, little to debate.
