Amazon and the Umbria Region signed a partnership agreement in Perugia to support small and medium-sized enterprises, with digital promotion and training activities. The agreement aims to support the internationalization of SMEs in the central Italian region, the promotion of Made in Italy products through the Amazon Made in Italy showcase, the launch of a showcase dedicated to Umbrian products and the organization of training activities dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises. "The partnership with Amazon represents a very important opportunity," said the President of the Region, Donatella Tesei. "Increasingly, PA needs to team up with those market leaders who can help grow even the smallest realities. With this collaboration, our Made in Umbria excellence can be more easily known internationally, penetrating markets where it would be more difficult to reach without a showcase as widely spread as that of Amazon".
