The Meloni agenda is popular among Italians. According to a survey conducted by Noto Polls for Il Sole 24 Ore (an italian journal), more than half of the respondents support the premier's twenty-point program outlined in her speech to the Chambers. Each objective is evaluated based on its level of urgency and feasibility. From the much-discussed cash payment ceiling, which 53% support but only 16% consider urgent, to support for families and businesses against high energy costs, which 92% support. Thus, 47% of respondents believe that the aid needed to compensate for rising energy prices will be realized within the first year of government. While center-right flagship measures like the flat tax have 53% support, will not be implemented as quickly. Tax cuts, which are supported by 90% of respondents, come in second place, but even this will not be implemented for another two years, according to 30% of the sample. Instead, the revision of the reddito di cittadinanza (a minimum income guaranteed by the state), which has 77% support, is regarded as a simple measure. In fact, 37% of the respondents think it will be completed in less than a year. Meanwhile, Giorgia Meloni is gaining confidence, with 49% of Italians praising her. More than her government's 43% vote share.
