The 100 euros fines imposed on the over 50s who, at the end of last June 15, were not in compliance with vaccinations against Covid-19 remain valid for now: in fact, over one million citizens had not undergone the vaccination obligation introduced by the government last January by Minister Roberto Speranza and that the current government had said it intended to eliminate, along with the Ministry of the Economy. Among the amendments tabled by the executive to the Decree Aid Ter, currently under consideration by the Special Committee in the Chamber of Deputies and which will arrive in the Chamber next week, there is not the one that freezes the fines, even if the provision could simply be postponed. The four amendments tabled by the government, on the other hand, call for yet another extension of the excise duty and VAT cuts on fuels in order to mitigate increases in the cost of petrol and diesel, and for the state guarantee to be extended to 80% of loans taken out by those under 35 for their first home by the end of 2022. The other measures concern companies, with the extension of the tax credit for research and development by one year and the subsidized financing of 1360 grant applications submitted to Simest.
