Antonia Klugmann is one of the world's top 100 cooks. The owner of the restaurant L'Argine di Venc was ranked 58th in the Best Chef Awards, a competition in which the same experts participate. Klugmann therefore adds this joy to a career already replete with honors, with a large Italian audience that was able to recognize her a few years ago as a judge on the Italian edition of Masterchef. The Best Chef Awards is a Polish initiative that invites cooks from across the world to vote for their preferred colleague in the worldwide arena. Klugmann is the first Italian female figure in the list (the first Italian among males, Massimo Bottura, is in fourth position) and the seventh female chef in the world in a ranking won by Slovenian Ana Ro, who is ranked ninth overall.
