Despite a period of great difficulty due to geopolitical tensions and high inflation rates, the Data Management and Analytics market is expected to reach 2.41 billion euros this year, +20% compared to 2021, driven primarily by the software component (54% of the market, +25% from 2021), while spending on infrastructure resources grows less strongly, falling below the market average. These are the findings of a study released yesterday by the Big Data & Business Analytics Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano's School of Management. A positive trend that affects all product sectors; however, in contrast to past years, GDO/Retail, Public Administration, and Healthcare will have the most significant rise in 2022.
