It is called MSC Seascape and is the largest and most technologically advanced ship ever built in Italy. Twenty-first ship of the fleet – and fourth ship already built for MSC from Fincantieri on a total of 10 so far ordered to the Italian yard, for an investment of 7 billion euros – MSC Seascape was delivered yesterday to Monfalcone, in a ceremony to which there were the leaders of the two companies and several representatives of the institutions. MSC Seascape will begin its inaugural season in the United States, where it will be baptized on December 7 in New York. It will then move to the Caribbean offering two different weekly itineraries departing from Miami. The first, in the eastern Caribbean, climbing Ocean Cay Marine Reserve, Nassau (Bahamas), San Juan (Puerto Rico) and Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic). The second itinerary, in the Western Caribbean, will stop at Ocean Cay Marine Reserve, Cozumel (Mexico), George Town (Cayman Islands) and Ocho Rios (Jamaica).
