Facilities up to 6,000 euros for professional chefs working in hotels and restaurants is the new opportunity developed by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. "This sector represents one of the excellence of Made in Italy and this measure gives a strong signal of the road we have decided to follow. We must protect and enhance Italian chefs, who are great ambassadors of our gastronomy in Italy and in the world; this measure represents a concrete help", said Minister Adolfo Urso about the facilities. The benefit aims to support the catering sector, also in view of the restrictive measures adopted in recent years due to Covid. The tax credit can be requested for expenses related to the purchase of high energy class machinery and professional tools and equipment, but also for participation in professional updating courses. The benefit may cover up to 40% of the cost of eligible expenses, which must have been incurred between January 1 2021 and December 31, 2022.
