2022 has consecrated the new role of top managers, who still act as a guide for the entire country. In the last twelve months, one in two content (46%) has in fact been referred to the leadership sphere: in a context of great turmoil, Italy has looked to them for direction. Take for example their role in the economic-energy crisis. Towards the end of the year, media attention towards top managers continued to rise (+31% compared to November). In December, Francesco Starace (81.81) climbed two positions, earning the top of the Top Manager Reputation ranking, the permanent observatory of Reputation Science. The CEO of ENEL presented the strategic plan 2023-2025 and commented on the 60 years of the company, which also reached its highest score ever in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index. In second place is Carlo Messina (79.66), CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo, which was crowned "Bank of the Year in Italy" by the prestigious British newspaper The Banker and which is appreciated for its policies of attention to human resources. The podium is closed by the CEO of ENI Claudio Descalzi (79.50), who has returned to talking about security and energy independence.
