From 7 to 11 February, the Sanremo Festival, Italy's premier singing competition, will return. Amadeus, for the fourth year in a row, will serve as the event's creative director and presenter. On December 4, during a live broadcast of TG1 at 8:00 p.m. on Rai, the artists in the competition were announced: 22 vocalists representing Italian music in its entirety, ranging from new public stars to venerable legends. Amadeus has confirmed the attendance as guests of three legendary Italian singers: Al Bano, Massimo Ranieri, and Gianni Morandi, who will perform on the Ariston Theater stage for the first time together.Among the vocalists in the competition will be renowned artists of the Italian music industry, such as Giorgia and Marco Mengoni, as well as the comeback of some highly famous singers from the 1990s and 2000s, such Anna Oxa, Paola & Chiara, and Gianluca Grignani. On Monday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., booking requests for paid subscriptions to the event's five nights of stalls and galleries will be accepted. Only online booking requests for private subscriptions (up to two per applicant) are accepted.
