In the plot, Aleksei, a Belarussian fleeing his past, arrives in Paris and enlists in the Foreign Legion to obtain a French passport. Jomo, a young revolutionary in the Niger Delta, fights against the oil companies that have devastated his village. Sister Udoka fantasizes about escaping, knowing that everything has been lost. Their fates will become intertwined, transcending borders, life and death.
