As required by the budget law, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) established a technical table to identify solutions to contain the costs of electronic transactions, including payments through POS. The objective of the table is to mitigate expenses up to 30 euros charged to business operators, arts or professions with revenues and fees related to the previous year not exceeding 400 thousand euros, favoring with the coordination of the MEF the comparison between institutions, trade associations and other interested parties.
