In preparation for the European Council on March 23-24, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni spoke by phone yesterday with German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz. The priority of the European Council to give a further signal of support to Ukraine from all angles; the rapid implementation of the February European Council's decisions for a finally European management of migration flows; European solutions for the competitiveness of the continent's economies, through full use of the appropriate EU instruments, were at the heart of the meeting.
