Nutella wants to "marry" traditional breads from all Italian regions, from the best-known to the lesser-known. This is how Pane & Nutella was born, a project designed - the company explains - "to offer everyone a journey into Italian regional taste and tradition, to rediscover the origins, history and characteristics not only of a product such as bread that we consume daily, but also of a real craft: the "white art" brings to light an ancient mastery, many differences both between different types and regional varieties, but also between different ovens and different manual skills". Nutella on its website publishes detailed fact sheets, divided region by region, of each product, curiosities, ingredients, sensory aspects, tips for the perfect cut and spread, as well as the best breakfast pairings. All in collaboration with the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo (Cuneo).
