The Leone-Fell & C. law firm has filed an appeal with the Lazio Regional Administrative Court over alleged "illegitimacies that marred the admission procedure" with the Tolc-Med 2023, the new tests for admission to medical schools held in April and July: according to the firm's lawyers, "the questions in April were the same as in July," and "therefore in April questions were collected, shared and sold on the web by candidates and some preparatory schools". In particular, "a large database was allegedly created with an exorbitant number of quizzes that were actually administered and on which the most fortunate were able to practice, memorizing the correct answers. We have in our possession about 100 audio testimonies of people who obtained the database directly from prep schools," the law firm explains. "Among other things," conclude the lawyers from Leone-Fell & C. - we will ask the administrative judge to examine the evidentiary material in our possession and, if he deems it appropriate, to forward the file to the Public Prosecutor's Office in Rome to assess the existence of any criminal profiles".
