Only 12% of Italians, compared to the European average of 68%, believe that electric vehicles are the future of urban mobility. This is revealed by a poll conducted in eight European nations (Austria, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom) and presented at the European Mobility Week, which runs from September 16 to 22. According to the survey, conducted by the company Kantar, more than two-thirds of Europeans (68%) believe that the electric car will be the future of urban mobility. Ireland (76%) and Spain (75%) stand out, while German, Austrian (13% each), and Italian (12%) respondents are more skeptical than in other countries.
