The Milan prosecutor's office denied Daniela Santanchè's request for a simplified composition for Ki Group, the organic food company that the Minister of Tourism managed until 2022, after thirty employees requested the intervention of the Labor Inspectorate and Enasarco to verify whether contributions, fees, and severance pay were paid. During an urgent information hearing in the Senate last July 5, while she presented her version of the management of the publishing house Visibilia, the Minister of Tourism assured that, with regard to the salaries and severance pay of Ki Group still owed to employees, all workers would be satisfied: "it is written in the agreement." However, the Public Prosecutor's Office has now denied the request for creditor composition, as well as the launch of bankruptcy proceedings for all of the group's firms, from parent company Bioera to subsidiary Ki Group.
