Between Monday and Tuesday, Naples had a night of terror due to new earthquakes with epicenters in the Phlegraean Fields. The magnitude 4.0 earthquake, which occurred at 22:08 and was felt throughout the city from Vomero to the waterfront, was the strongest. This was followed by a magnitude 2.2 aftershock at 4.15. On the frontier between the municipalities of Pozzuoli and Agnano, the epicenter of the earthquake caused widespread panic. People flooded the streets, and many spent the night in their vehicles. Reports of debris falling, particularly in the area of Agnano, but no significant damage. Many recordings depicting various collapses are available on social networks.
