Intesa Sanpaolo becomes the first European bank to use artificial intelligence for regulatory analysis. The Area Chief Institutional Affairs and External Communication Officer has launched a new project with the support of Deloitte Risk Advisory aimed at digitizing and evolving its operating model for building the Group's Regulatory Agenda. Thanks to the collaboration with the Italian start-up Aptus.AI - the technology partner found to be the most suitable among the best Reg-Tech companies worldwide - the Bank will evolve its operating model, making the processes for defining the Regulatory Agenda more efficient and faster. This will help in intercepting the growing volume of new national and international regulations, analyzing their impact on activities, identifying risk areas in correlation with the Group's internal regulations, and automatically creating customized document collections for specific professional profiles. In fact, Aptus.AI technology makes it possible to create a machine readable version of digital documents that can adapt to different types of textual content.
