Conspiracy theorists and deniers exist on both the right and the left, and, contrary to popular belief, denialism is deeply established in the center left. This according to the findings of an investigation by the Eurispes Research Institute. The concept that Jews control economic and financial power is supported by an above-average percentage of those who are politically center-right (33.3%) and right (31%), but less among those who are center (7.7%) and left (17.2%). Similar findings can be observed in relation to Jews' purported media control. The theory that Jews have a substantial effect on American political decisions receives the most support from the Five Star Movement (33.5%), the right (31.8%), and the center-right (31.8%). The belief that the Holocaust never took place has the highest percentage of people among centre-left voters (23.5%). On the left and in the center, revisionists outnumber the average: 23.3% believe the Holocaust of the Jews did occur, but it claimed fewer lives than is commonly believed; and 23% coming from the centre agree with this view.
