The alleged Colombian will of Silvio Berlusconi, which would designate Turin-based entrepreneur Marco Di Nunzio as one of the heirs of the former Prime Minister, who passed away in June, was acquired at a notary office in Naples. This document has been the subject of an investigation by the Milan prosecutor's office, which has charged Di Nunzio with testamentary forgery. The Turin entrepreneur, who resides in Colombia, claims to be in possession of a non-holographic will signed by Berlusconi in Cartagena in September 2021. According to Di Nunzio, due to his activities promoting Forza Italia abroad, he would be entitled to 26 million euros, a range of vessels, properties in Antigua and the Antilles, as well as 2% of Fininvest shares. The investigation was initiated following a report in June 2022 by the former Italian ambassador to Colombia, Gherardo Amaduzzi. In this report, the diplomat informed the Milan judiciary that Di Nunzio had forwarded him a testamentary demand, requesting its publication in Italy. Meanwhile, the Turin entrepreneur has also issued a demand to the five children of Berlusconi, demanding immediate possession of the assets he claims are due to him. In the meantime, a request for legal assistance has been initiated to recover the original alleged Colombian will.
