OpenEconomics utilized journalistic and public sources, including project feasibility studies, to process the data using an Italian Multiregional Social Accounting Matrix model that had been updated to 2022 and was also developed by OpenEconomics. "The planned expenditure for the two stadiums is approximately 195 million euros and will contribute to the formation of Italy's GDP for 457 million euros, of which 158 million in Campania, with approximately 2000 employees in the three years planned for construction, of which 720 in Campania. Tax revenues will be approximately €204 million, while family income will be approximately €452 million. The expenditure multiplier is 2.49," according to the report.
