The level of stocks in Italian gas deposits is 99% (including strategic reserves). This is the level of stocks in Stogit deposits, the "arm" of Snam that represents the main operator in the sector. At the end of the storage injection season, which closed a few days ago, the gas injected for winter service reached 12 billion cubic meters, a record volume, well above the bar centered last year when, in mid-October, the depots were 92-93 percent full against an average of 95-96 percent over the past five years. Now the system is running at full capacity and there are no fears for the winter season. Even the unknown Russia is less and less decisive.
