The Turin prosecutor's office is broadening its inquiry into the scandal engulfing Italian football. In the Piedmontese Flying Squad's investigation into football betting - following Nicol Zaniolo, former Roma player now at Aston Villa; Sandro Tonali, Newcastle Utd; and Nicol Fagioli, Juventus midfielder - a new name has been added to the list of suspects. Alessandro Florenzi is an AC Milan defender. The football player faces the identical accusation: engaging in abusive gambling or betting activities. The contested case is, in fact, the one specified in Article 4 of Law 401 of 1989. Similar to Zaniolo. In the next days, the AC Milan player will be questioned.
