The top spots in the annual Best Global Brands list haven't altered much: Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon remain on the podium, with Google following closely behind. Italy is represented in the ranking of the world's most valuable brands by three high-end players: Gucci, Ferrari, and Prada, in that order. Gucci (founded and created in Italy, but part of the French Kering company) is ranked 34th, with a value of 19.969 billion dollars, a 2% decrease from 2022. Ferrari, in 70th position, maintains its upward trend with a 16% gain in value, climbing to 10.830 billion dollars, while Prada, in 86th place, registers for the third consecutive year double-digit growth (+12%) and a value of 7.321 billion dollars. Luxury brands in general (Louis Vuitton is also included in the list). Chanel, Hermès, Cartier, Dior, Tiffany, and Burberry all experienced above-average growth (+6.5% vs. +5.7%), and the automotive sector also grew above average (+9%), primarily due to BMW and Ferrari.
