Among the factors that prompted the European Commission to consider Italy deserving of receiving the fourth installment of the NRRP - 16.5 billion euros in addition to the 85 already paid - are investments in green hydrogen infrastructure, the technology that promises a zero-emission future. It also acknowledges the high quality of study. Amidst the commission's decision-making process, Cantieri del Mediterraneo, the Atena consortium, Enea, the University of Naples 'Parthenope', and Enea, which were all Italians, successfully deployed the initial hydrogen-powered goods-handling vehicle in the Spanish port of Valencia. It is a port tractor prototype capable of cargo ship loading and unloading activities. Its storage system can run continuously for at least six hours, which is the normal length of a work shift, and has a total capacity of 12 kg of hydrogen from renewable sources. The tractor emits no harmful pollutants since the only residue is water in the form of steam. Several nations' port authorities have requested information.
