"Italy is doing its part in the decarbonization process, and it is doing it pragmatically: this means with a technology-neutral approach, free from unnecessary radicalism". These were the words of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, speaking Saturday at the second part of the "High-Level Segment for Heads of State or Government" plenary session of the United Nations Climate Change Conference. According to the Prime Minister, what is needed is "an environmental sustainability that does not compromise the economic and social spheres, a non-ideological ecological transition".
