The goal of one hundred million euros in sales was crossed before Christmas, and now Novation Tech, a Veneto-based company specializing in carbon fiber processing, is preparing to inaugurate its new plant in Signoressa (Treviso), a few kilometers from its headquarters in Montebelluna. The new opening will allow the group to expand its production capacity in Italy. The company, which collectively employs more than 1,300 people, has two other plants, one in Hungary and one in Croatia. "We are among the five most important players in Europe and aim to grow further," says CEO Luca Businaro. "After always growing by internal lines, last year we took over 85 percent of Citre Color, a company specializing in high-quality painting of carbon and plastic products. The most important sector for the group is automotive, which accounts for 90 percent of turnover. Customers include big brands such as Sabelt, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and McLaren. In 2022, the company produced more than 40 thousand products including carbon fiber seats, hoods, wings, interior components and chassis. The remaining 10 percent of production is mainly related to cycling and eyewear.
