Yesterday, a 15-year-old student was stabbed in the thigh at school in Pieve Emanuele, a small town in the region of Milan. The teenager was attacked as he exited the vocational training institute of urban Afol after classes ended. A 17-year-old from Rozzano (another municipality in the Milanese area), perhaps also a student, who has already been arrested, lashed out at him. The victim had lost a significant amount of blood and was immediately brought to the Humanitas hospital in Rozzano. The initial rumors said that the attack was motivated by conflicts over a girl. The perpetrator waited for the victim to leave school. The fight then escalated, and the 15-year-old sought refuge at the institute's entrance, only to be apprehended and stabbed by the other young guy. The scene was captured on camera. After being struck, the perpetrator ran home. The carabinieri apprehended him shortly thereafter. The police also seized the weapon, a kitchen knife dropped into a garbage can near the school.
