A man was mauled to death by three Rottweilers while jogging near the park in Manziana, near Rome. He was found around 8:30 a.m. yesterday morning with deep injuries to his body. Rescue efforts were useless. On the spot carabinieri, park rangers, veterinarians and dog catchers also equipped with rifles with sedatives. From the first information, the dogs, perhaps three, may have escaped from a house. The three Rottweilers were captured while the carabinieri were investigating to identify the victim, a 39-year-old Roman. The owner of the animals, who has not been able to clarify why the animals were outside the property, has been reported to the prosecutor's office and will be heard.
