Wind in Sicily: Ryanair's February 10 flight FR 4902 Rome-Palermo, in the air for over three hours, once arrived over Sicilian airspace, returned to Rome Fiumicino. For more than an hour, the aircraft, which departed from the capital, circled in circles, for about an hour, over the Sicilian airport, after attempting 3 landings. Shortly thereafter, however, the Boeing 737-800 had to turn around and head north. The plane then landed in the capital of Italy after five hours and 45 minutes.
