For 30% of teenagers, jealousy is a sign of love, and for 21%, sharing your social media and device passwords with your spouse is proof of love. 17% of people believe that occasionally a slap goes unnoticed in a close relationship. Moving from opinions to experiences, 19% of people who are or have been in an intimate relationship report they have been scared by their partner's violent behavior, such as slapping, hitting, pushing, or throwing objects. 26% of the respondents who are or have been in a relationship have had their partner construct a fake social media account to control them. 11% additionally reported that their intimate images had been shared by others without their permission. This is the conclusion of a survey on violence in intimate relationships among adolescents conducted by Save the Children in partnership with IPSOS and published in the report "Are girls well?" Survey on onlife gender-based violence in adolescence", released on the eve of Valentine's Day and also carried out with the collaboration of the Juvenile Justice Department.
