Starting March 5, the Verona Civic Museums, in the new setting of Juliet's House, will present Venetian painter Cosroe Dusi's large-scale painting "Juliet and Romeo" from 1838. The work, depicting the nocturnal meeting of the two lovers in the young Capulet's home, will be on view after nearly two centuries since its only public appearance. Long thought to be missing and only recently tracked down, in fact, the painting was purchased as part of a project to refurbish Juliet's House, where it will be on permanent display, adding to the museum complex's tour itinerary.
