On digital, Italian businesses have made great strides, but less than 10 percent use Artificial Intelligence, while 15 percent intend to invest in this technology in the next three years. This is shown by data on the 40 thousand digital maturity self-diagnosis tests (Selfi 4.0), carried out through the Digital Business Points of the Italian Chamber of Commerce. However, the problem of workers' skills remains. Required last year of more than 6 out of 10 hires, workers are considered hard to find in 45.6 percent of cases.
