As every year, InfoJobs, Italy's leading online job search platform, has analyzed the labor market with its Labor Market Observatory 2023. In this scenario, the Lombardy region ranks first in the national ranking with over 106,000 job ads from companies in 2023, which is equivalent to 31.3% of the total followed by Emilia-Romagna (17.1%) and Veneto (13.1%). In terms of provinces, Milan is in first place, followed by Brescia and Bergamo. The professional category most in demand in Lombardy was Workers, Production, Quality (29.5 percent), followed by Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing (9.9 percent) and Administration, Accounting, Secretarial (9.4 percent). In the ranking of cities, nationally, Milan precedes Rome and Turin.
