Between now and 2028, the Public Administration will have an average annual turnover of 148 thousand professional profiles. Nine out of ten of these will include a turnover substitution. The majority of them (almost 310,000 in five years) will find work in the Pennsylvania Department of General Services. Half of these experts will be highly specialized, with advanced digital and technology skills. To this must be added the 234,000 profiles who will work in the public sector of education and 198,000 in the health sector. "But we already know that between 8 and 17 thousand young people with a Stem degree, between 9 and 12 thousand with a teaching and eduacation degree and about 7 thousand with a medical health profile will be missing from the roll call, both in the public and private sectors," according to a note from Unioncamere. "According to Tripoli, in order to rejuvenate the public administration and allow it to serve as a driving force in our economy and society, it must be made more appealing to young people. It is also vital to prioritize ongoing personnel training, particularly on the digital front. This is a road that Chambers of Commerce have been on for several years".
