The National Italian American Foundation has announced the appointment of Paolo Messa as executive vice president for international relations and strategic partnerships. Messa has more than 20 years of experience among Italian institutions, companies and government agencies. A founder of Formiche magazine, he was chairman of the board of Leonardo US Corporation and now serves as Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington, DC. In this new position, Messa will lead NIAF's international relations team with a focus on organizing programs and events aimed at strengthening business, political and cultural relations between the two nations. "We are honored to have Paolo Messa join NIAF in this crucial role that strengthens our international relations and strategic partnerships," said NIAF President Robert Allegrini.
