The super bonus and other tax rebates for construction have kicked off a 41.6 billion euro roundabout on public accounts. In fact, this is how much tax credit offsets calculated over the past three years amount to: 6.4 billion euros in 2022, 20.9 billion euros in 2023, and 14.3 billion euros in 2024. The largest share of this huge round game can be attributed to the 110 percent superbonus, which is worth 76.2 percent of the total, or 31.7 billion euros out of nearly 42 billion euros in total. This is the estimate of the Unimpresa Study Center, according to which, in light of this figure, uncertainty would increase about the real amount of tax revenue generated by the "brick and mortar" bonuses and it becomes difficult to calculate the actual impact on the real estate sector and the economy in general.
