Tension in Turin during a university procession where students protested with Palestinian flags: two demonstrators and seven officers were injured in clashes with police. The young people, from social centers and the Cambiare rotta collective, headed toward the Valentino Castle, where the Conference of Scientific and Space Attachés was being held in the presence of several ministers. The police pushed them back using shields, but a group of a dozen or so boys and girls managed to storm in shouting "Free Palestine". When the pro-Palestine protesters broke in, Ministers Tajani, Bernini, Lollobrigida and Pichetto had already left the building after attending the morning session of the conference. Most of the young people, who claimed to be students at the Turin Polytechnic, were blocked before entering the Hall of Honor. Only one girl managed to enter the convention hall with a Palestinian flag.
