A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed yesterday in Cairo between the Italian Space Agency (ASI) represented by President Teodoro Valente and the Egyptian Space Agency (EgSA), represented by ceo Sherif Mohamed Sedky, in the presence of Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy with responsibility for aerospace policies Adolfo Urso. The main objective of the MoU is to strengthen collaboration in the space sector between Italy and Egypt in order to foster long-term investments and partnerships. In fact, the collaboration between ASI and EgSA will also facilitate investments in the space sector by space industries, which together with space agencies, could develop projects and initiatives of common interest at the Mediterranean level, in Africa and internationally.
